Alhamdulillah by the grace of Allah swt we have successfully purchase a property in September 2023, which was a former pub, in the south ends of Leicestershire

Eyres Monsell Community Foundation is a local registered charity based in Leicester that serves to provide multiple services for the community.

We initiated in 2018 to serve the local Muslim community with various Islamic/community services in order to enhance our Islamic ethos.

Current service EMCF Offer: Weekly Friday prayer service and evening islamic school for boys/girls at the Eyres Monsell Community Centre and alhamdulillah over the years the Muslim community has increased and we are here today to build a masjid for the Muslim community so we can continue and expand our services.

This is one of those areas in Leicester that has no masjid, the property is located in Leicestershire on Hillsborough Road LE2 9PT

We have been working tirelessly, and very hard to acquire a property for a masjid, over the past 5 years and Alhamdulillah, through the fadhl of Allah, we have purchased this former pub for £425,000

We have successfully completed the transaction by the assistant of our generous donors and our lenders. We have initiated our 2nd appeal - Loan repayment.

Total we have raised £127,00, we still require £298,000 to complete our second phase and repay the outstanding loans as soon as possible.
