Honduras Fundraiser

This August I am very privileged to be part of a group of medical students travelling to Honduras to gain experience in humanitarian medicine, helping out with different clinics and shadowing doctors, run by an organisation called Global Brigades, for a week. This is a non-profit organisation focused on enabling deprived populations the opportunity to access free healthcare, dental care and prescriptions in the form of clinics set up by doctors, nurses and medical students. This really is a once in a lifetime experience, and a huge privilege for me.

In order to get there, I will be fundraising throughout the year, as part of a group, in any way possible! Any ideas are welcome. Times are tough at the moment for everyone, but if anybody is able to donate a few pennies I’d very much appreciate it x
