Ezra heart and colon surgeries

Hello we are mom and dad for Ezra who was born on 08/06/23, he was born with a congenital heart defect, no rectum incision and right club foot. At only 2-3days old he had a stent put in his heart and a colostomy bag put in. Mom lost her job that provide insurance, mom was able to find a job but doesn’t bring home what she use to since she only works 25 hours a week. We drive everyday to go he see baby boy. We stay with him when we can. He has 4 more in total.

Ezra has had an emergency surgery for his current stent. He was supposed to have his GI surgery but his oxygen levels started to drop that night. Things went from okay to worse. His numbers kept dropping that they sent him to the PICU. It just got worse they had him on the echomo machine breathing machine and oxygen all kinds of medicine. The doctors finally came back from holiday so they can do what they needed to do from the first place. They inflated the current stent add another stent to allow more blood flow. Couple days ago they started to feed him he acid levels went up so they stopped. Now he is just a little fussy but it’s because he is ready to come home. We pray that they do next heart surgery so we can move on and start the next surgeries he needs so we can heal from all this. God has created a fighter!!!!!
