cap hpi Leeds 10k for F**k Cancer

After the success of last year's effort we've decided, yet again, to get a team together to run the Leeds 10K on 10th July 2016.
We currently have ten runners from cap hpi taking part in the race in a bid to raise money for a charity so close to our hearts - Mark Allison's F**k Cancer Campaign.
In 2014 a colleague at cap hpi, Mark Allison, was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer. Mark's condition is terminal, however he hasn't let that dampen his phenomenal thirst for life & truly unique personality.
Since his diagnosis Mark has set about a mission to raise as much money as he can for charity, via his F**k Cancer campaign. Mark is donating this money to a whole host of charities; supporting charitable causes in his local area to make a difference, and when the time comes the remaining money will be split between pcrf (pancreatic cancer research fund) & St.Andrews Hospice in Airdrie.
To date, Mark has raised and donated over £73,000!! And we would like to push that a little bit further by taking part in our second sponsored run in the Leeds 10k...
