Support Nicaraguan People

My name is Karen Cruz. I moved to Los Angeles 13 years ago. I was born in Nicaragua. Since April 2018, Nicaraguan Government is killing young people for protesting peacefully. Since the protest in Nicaragua and the struggle of my people I have been active, doing activities and raising money to help Nicaraguan people. Today it has been 7 months of repression. Human rights organizations has counted 500+ killed, 40,000 people fled the country, 500+ have been incarcerate, 1,200 have been wounded, and 1500+ is gone missing. I do not know the people I am sending donations to, I just know they need help, and as a Nicaraguan it is my duty to support my country. So far part of the funds have been used to buy medical supplies through a very generous organization (MEDSHARE) who help me getting what I needed to send to Nicaragua. I have sent money to help people who needed help to protect their lives. All the money raised is to help Nicaraguan people. The more you contribute to this cause, the more people I can help. Nicaragua deserves Freedom!!!
