I'm trying to raise money to help my friend named Michael Barrington.
Mike recently lost his home to a fire on his property. He was left with nothing but the clothes on his back and nothing more. Mike is currently still living on his property without any running water or electricity.
Mike, is 65 years of age and is getting around with just a bicycle back and forth to a convenient store up the street from his property. Mike sufferers from severe epilepsy and had little to no funds to help him with his medical condition. Mike collects aluminum cans almost everyday just to get by to buy food. This man really needs our help. Please donate to him and his cause.
I've created a group page on Facebook, called Mike's Journey. If anyone would like to follow for daily and weekly updates of how we as a community are trying to get him back on his feet. Please follow his journey.
I've posted his story because if it were my own family member, I'd be doing the same for them.
If you can help out with a $1 or $10 anything will be greatly appreciated.
I'm looking to get him in a temporary shelter on his property of some kind.
If you would like to donate to him directly, please do so by visiting him at:
4245 Lonesome Trail 4245 Lonesome Trail, Von Ormy, TX 78073
He doesn't own a phone to contact for him.
Thank you to anyone willing to help him and thank you so much to those that have already donated food and clothing to him directly.
