F45 Richmond City Centre is proud to be a member of an amazing global network that's acutely aware of the challenges and struggles facing communities across the world, and we all want to help—that's what makes F45 a family.

Over the past year, it's fair to say that each and every one of us has struggled in some capacity, some more than others. So instead of celebrating our Grand Opening day lavishly, F45 Richmond City Centre would like to give back to our Richmond, BC community. Food security is more important than ever before, which is why our second F45 Heroes Hollywood of the year will be dedicated to raising funds for the Richmond Food Bank Society. 

Please join us Saturday, April 17th, 2021, for our Grand Opening Day and bring-a-friend, donation-based Heroes Hollywood sessions at F45 Richmond City Centre. Our goal is to raise $1000. We suggest a minimum donation of $10 per person, and we will match your donations dollar-for-dollar up to $500!

All five sessions of the day will be dedicated to members who want to bring a non-member guest.

F45 Richmond City Centre has chosen Richmond Food Bank Society as a charity partner, and we hope that our donation will benefit those needing help in getting food on their tables.

BRING A FRIEND - SWEAT TOGETHER FOR A GOOD CAUSE

- Your friend MUST be a non-member and MUST come to the same session as you

- Please pre-register your friend through email by Thursday, April 15th. This is to comply with COVID-19 contact tracing requirements

- Sessions will be held at 8:00 AM, 9:30 AM, 11:00 AM, 1.30 PM and 3:00 PM, so everyone stands a chance to sweat and donate

- Sessions will be capped at 50% capacity for members

- The remaining 50% capacity is reserved for your friends

- If you or your friend is feeling unwell or travelled outside of BC within the last 14 days, please refrain from booking

- Please be a team player and commit to a session or cancel in advance

- Cancellation policy: no later than 10 hours to avoid a late cancellation/no-show fee
