F45 Rowville Campaign for Australia Red Cross

We are raising money to benefit Australia Red Cross, and any donation will help make an impact. Thanks in advance for your contribution to this cause that means so much to me. Join F45 Rowville in doing our bit to help. The F45 Rowville Community  will be Rowing on the Concept 2 for 6 Hours.  We will always Have One rower adding metres. Always manned, always turning over.  As our Emergency services have been for days on end, pushing, never leaving an area unmanned. We will do the same.....  The F45 Rowville community will be getting uncomfortable, pushing hard to row for the 6 hours continuously, the rower will not stop for the 6 hours...... Come down and support your F45 Rowville Community, The row begins at 11am till 5pm.... So please Donate: Every dollar will help. :- Sponsor a PARTICIPANT for distance or time. :- Set a participant a distance: Per Hour, Half Hour, Overall.... Get Creative.  :- Set a time frame your PARTICIPANT must be in the seat.....  Bring your friends, We will have a rower available for spontaneous challenges, Cash donations, all will be accepted on the day.  Everyone is welcome... Bring your towel, drink bottle,  The Red Cross are aiding all affected areas, Now and in the Re Build....
