We are so sad that we have had to temporarily close our studio doors. However, our wonderful team are still here to keep you in check with your fitness and we want to do all we can to support them!
The entire team at F45 Tooting are self employed, so we have set up this page to help them all we can. Each of them are providing a workout for you each day via Instagram so please follow us and tune in to see a familiar face during your workouts! Any donations would be hugely appreciated by the team so they know we are all behind them.
We will continue to do this for as long as we can and until the time comes for us to reopen our doors!
