Medical Bill Help

During the week of Thanksgiving, my brother, Steven, was struck by car while walking down the side of the road. His vehicle had broken down and he was trying to walk to nearest store to get some help. Unfortunately, a vehicle coming from behind did not see him or have time to veer to the left to ensure she did not hit him. He was struck from behind and has gone through multiple surgeries to repai his hip and leg. The procedures were long and extensive and his stay in the hospital was very long. He is home now but still requiring outpatient therapy for his leg. 

The ask: long story short, his insurance is only going to be able to cover a small portion of the total medical expenses. Any help that can be offered or sent would be more than appreciated. He will be out of work for quite some time. Obviously his physical health is most important right now but as a husband and a father, his focus is on how he is going to provide for his family while also dealing with the financial and physical burdens of recovering from this accident.
