I have a court date on Oct. 21 in downtown Los Angeles, Ca with the father of my child and abuser Marvyn Mack (from Soulside productions and Trojan Lounge in Los Angeles) who is attempting to obtain full sole custody of my child, again. He accomplished this once before when she was 1 (she’s now 6) by manipulating the courts to believe I am ’unstable’ and ’violent’, though there was an active domestic violence restraining order against him issued by Inglewood, CA at the time towards myself, and he provided nothing more than photos of scratches on his face and a vague facebook post. He is again coming with baseless allegations and has weak ’evidence.’ I have never had an attorney in the 5 years we’ve been fighting in court and Mr. Mack always does (as he is a wealthy man). He is denying me visits and phone conversations with my child also. I haven’t seen her in 3 months. What he is doing is called ’Parental Alienation,’ which is a form of child abuse and a continued form of the domestic violence that I’ve already endured. I don’t have a violent criminal record, contrary to popular belief. Nor have I been to prison, or have bipolar disorder (which are lies hes been spreading for 8 years now about me). I am however crazy about my only child, that is for certain. Im just getting buried in court due to not having an attorney! Anything you could provide toward legal fees would be helpful. If not, prayers and positive intentions are welcome too.
