FAB AT 50 NOT FAT AT 50

As most of you know from my previous fb post, next year I am going to be 50. I have decided that I want to be FAB AT 50 not FAT AT 50, so for the next 50 weeks I am going to be trying really hard to lose 50 pounds. This is not going to be easy for me, mainly because of my health issues and mobility problems but I am determined to do it. This is where I need your help, I’m asking for my family and friends to donate to my chosen charity “ Dragonflies @FSN”. I’m hoping is people donate then this will give me the strength and willpower I’m gonna need to complete this. Dragonflies @fsn is a charity that helps children and families who are going through the loss of a parent or loved one. I have chosen this charity because it has helped a few people I know and is a great charity. Any amount will be greatly appreciated even if it’s only a pound, or maybe you would like to donate per pound I lose. Thankyou for taking the time to read my story . Sharyn xxx
