Fabienne Medical Recovery Fund
Donation protected
Our dear friend and mission partner, Fabienne Goutier has served along so many medical mission teams, treated numerous patients as a nurse, both in the United States, and especially in her beloved country of Haiti. In September, Fabienne unexpectedly had four strokes, experienced paralysis on her left side, and is undergoing intensive therapy at Baptist Homestead Hospital in Miami, Florida. Her husband Richard, has been by her side every step of the way, and is working on moving their family to Georgia, where Fabienne is eligible for some disability benefits and Medicaid. We are trying to raise money to help with first & last months rent, security deposit, food, and all co-pays and gaps in funding for the physical, speech, recreational, and occupational therapies that Fabienne will need to fully recover. She has a long recovery road ahead, and we covet your prayers for Fabienne’s health, and boldly ask for your generosity to overflow to care for her in the way she has cared for so many.
Special thanks to Ellen Brotman, of Candlelight Bookkeeping, for her care and assistance with this fundraiser for Fabienne and supporting Richard through this process.
