Facing eviction due to Disability Delay

Hi, I am Lori Sostock in a severe crisis and I need your help. I just had neurosurgery on my cervical spine (my fourth one) and my disability paperwork got delayed by the doctor's office. I was not working at the time. Due to the delay and my wife having to take the time off to care for me, we have not been able to pay our bills. We have not been able to make rent and have received a 3-day notice to pay or quit. Our electricity is going to be shut off and Vanessa's phone is disconnected. Our family doesn't have the funds to help. We are in dire straits and emergently desperate. Any help you can donate will help us avoid eviction and we will be tremendously grateful for it. please know that it shames and embarrasses us and takes everything in my being to ask for this. Please help with anything you can, every little bit makes a difference. We know God is watching over us and will see us through. Your help will make this possible.
