Faith Journey, Trip To Israel

Hi Everyone! As I continue to grow stronger in my faith, God has presented me with an amazing opportunity this summer that I have felt the pull on my heart to participate in. My church, Word of Life Christian Center, in partnership with the One King organization will be traveling to Israel. The Israel Intensive is a tour experience designed to make the biblical narrative come to life by gathering, studying and worshipping with believers from around the world! God willing, I will be there with them for ten days in July 2023 to experience another level of understanding as I grow in my spiritual walk. We will experience modern Israel and encounter the land of the Bible including locations such as:

The Old City of Jerusalem

The Mount of Olives

The Wailing Wall

The Garden of Gethsemane

The City of David

Mount Zion

Nazareth

Mt. Carmel

Dead Sea and the Desert and much more!

We will have a chance to ask the hard questions and the Bible will come alive as we consider what God says about the future and experience the present power of the gospel amid modern challenges. I am confident that this opportunity will not only be life-changing in my spiritual journey but will have a great impact on my service to others and the Kingdom. As I mentioned, God is calling me on this journey. This is very much outside of my comfort zone, but I know that when we step out on faith, God does His best work in our discomfort when we trust him.

With all of this said, I am asking for your support in a couple of ways. The biggest blessing that you can provide would be to include myself, our Pastors, and the whole group in your prayers. We ask that you pray for our safe travels, for each day to come with the chance to plant the seed of faith, and for us to maintain a humble heart posture to receive what God wants to reveal to us during this time.In addition, I am working to raise the funds necessary to cover the remaining experience balance by the final payment date of May 30th. Any additional funds will go towards additional costs incurred on the trip to make it the most memorable experience. If you feel so led, any donation amount is greatly appreciated! Ultimately, the deeper my understanding of the things of God, the more I can fulfill His directive of making disciples of all nations and spreading the gospel.
