Introducing Miss Minnesota Amazing Preteen 2015
Hi, My name is Faith Norby. I am an amazing 12 year old with Autism. I was diagnosed when I was 3 years old. My Autism definitely presents challenges for me but I have always worked past it and have never used my disability as an excuse. I am truly proud of myself for all the obstacles I have overcome. I want to be an inspiration and an amazing advocate for others with a disability.
I have the privilege of representing Minnesota at the 2015 National Miss Amazing Pageant in Los Angeles, California. I will also be volunteering at the 2015 Special Olympics World Games being held there. I am a Special Olympics Athlete myself, and I enjoy volunteering to give back to others. Throughout my reign as Miss Minnesota Amazing Preteen, I will be doing all I can to promote my Anti-Bullying campaign and I plan on volunteering locally at community events.
I want to proudly represent Minnesota at Nationals. This once in a lifetime opportunity means so much to me. There are a lot of expenses including, hotel stay, pageant fees, airfare, etc. Please help me make this dream come true. Any amount will help. Thank you for your kindness and support.
