RTT.LLC OF SOUTH WINDSOR is here today to tell you a little bit about our amazing brother and ask for your help!
On Saturday May 21, 2022. We lost one of own. Our Driver Our Brother CHRISTOPHER M. RUSSELL we are all devastated and shocked upon what happened on May 21st, 2022, our brother took out his truck for what would be the last time. Its was just like any typical day he got coffee and donuts by his best friend Katie Napolitan they chatted joked around and then he was off to the open road to do what he loved and hated most. We can all say he loved that truck and hated it but that was Chris always ready to help and to work. He was compassionate funny and always looking out for animals taking in strays making sure they were healthy. When he wasn’t out in the roads he was at home with his squirrels and bird and setting up his collection of Nylint Trucks Quite impressive we say! Chris was an out of the box thinker when it would come to towing there was never any car too tricky for him because he would figure it out! He would come up with the most fascinating ideas on how to get the job done. But On May 21st, 2022, while he was driving back home, he saw a stranded motorist in the road, and decided to stop and help he successfully helped and when he was done, he was struck and killed by an oncoming car who wasn’t paying attention. That’s why today we beg you Slow Down and Move Over' Is the Law, and it Could Save a Life. It could have saved Christopher M. Russell. He died while doing what he loved most helping people. Chris was “Hardworking. Never said no. Even on the hardest days, he never said no,” and today we are not saying NO! Today we are all gathering to say YES to CHRIS to help with all his funeral expenses and memorial services and Police Escort. To send him away with the proper burial a proper Good-Bye to a Hero GONE TOO SOON!
“WE’RE GOING TO CARRY THE CHAINS FROM HERE CHRIS DON’T WORRY ABOUT IT; WE GOT THIS!”
