Help A FALLEN SOLIDER with Burial
BIKERS COME AND STICK TOGETHER IN A TIME OF NEED: Jon Stanley's dying wish was to hear the roar of a motorcycle one last time. Hundreds of bikers, both friends and strangers, came together on 06-12-2017 to ride and gather outside of his South Bend home to grant his wish. Stanley was even able to briefly join the bikers in a sidecar with his wife (Brenda) at the throttle. Sadly, Jon Stanley lost his battle with terminal cancer hours after this emotional tribute.Jon did pass peacefully at home with his family by his side after receiving his last request from all his fellow brothers.
"Sometimes a dying person's last wish is just to hear the sound of a Harley in their window. Friends and fellow bikers came together and personally met with his wife and family on 06-12-2017 and learned Jon is a vet and was an abate member who has rode for years. Jon Just purchased a new Harley last year with hopes of riding it all summer with his wife (Brenda) at his back but was only able to ride it 3 times due to his illness. His wife Brenda has tried all the possibilities to get Jon insured for burial services, medication and was denied everytime. So we are asking the community for any help. Even a simple share of his go fund me. There is a small portion from the VA that would be given, but will send him hundred miles away from his wife and family. All Jon wanted was to be buried with his mother and father here in South Bend, IN. Any help or support would be greatly appreciated from the family and friends. Thank you and God bless!!
