REBUILD: FAME Oakland Church Fire
Tax deductible
On Feb 19th, a three-alarm fire severely damaged FAME Oakland, the oldest African American church in the Bay Area.
FAME Oakland, with over 150 years of history, aims to rebuild not just a sanctuary but a thriving hub for spiritual and social empowerment. Led by Dr. Rodney Smith, FAME Oakland has begun its process with a local architect firm to finalize its concept and the next steps as it embarks on a rebuild journey.
To commemorate the one year anniversary and the church’s rise “Up from the Ashes”, FAME Oakland is hosting a 1-year commemoration weekend from Feb 17th-19th to kickstart its capital campaign. Tickets can be purchased at www.tinyurl.com/fameashes
We solicit your prayers and in advance, we are appreciative of every contribution made.
This is the official FAME Oakland GO FUND ME campaign. FAME Oakland is a 501c3.
