Families living with Dementia

Welcome to my Charity Skydive for Dementia. (Sunday 27th August)

Some of you know that my Nana has been diagnosed with Dementia nearly 3 years ago, and going from the woman she was to now is heartbreaking to see.

This horrible disease is a struggle for our family to deal with especially my Grandad. He cares for my Nan with the help of family, friends and carers but even with the support nothing could prepare him for the heartbreak of watching his best friend change so much because of Dementia.

My Nan is my everything, growing up she was always there for me, School holidays, weekends & anytime I needed to talk, she now struggles to speak or do anything for herself.
She has helped me with a lot of choices in my life and now its my turn to help her & I want to give something back so that other families have the right support.
I'm wanting to raise money for awareness & to help funding for specialised carers for this disease, something I didn't know much about until 3 years ago but now a charity so close to my heart.

Please help me reach my goal and help me donate to Dementia.

Thank you in advance for your contribution.
