Mother of 3 in serious need of help.

I’m Sydney 29 years old; and currently am stuck in confusion and worrying to death. I have a 13; 3 and 8month old; while I was pregnant with my 8month old I had abnormal papsmears leading to diagnosis of cervical cancer which means I need a hysterectomy which I was planing to do September if everything goes right; up until 2 weeks ago that was the main health problem but now I’m having to have a babysitter I have started what the call epilepsy within the last week and a half I have had more than 7 episodes leading me to three hospitals and a neurologist I have started taking 1000mg of keppra but honestly think it’s making it worse i have filed unemployment and disability but the process takes forever and I’m hoping that will come soon without me working and now I’m not allowed to drive it’s just getting scary I have contacted Georgia rental assistance and submitted 20 documents and still waiting on response through them I have been calling church’s and trying anything possible to make something happen; on top of everything a month  ago I totaled my car which is sitting in my driveway wrecked and useless; with rent car payment even though it’s totaled car insurance gas water electric and buying formula paying copays for doctors and daycare for the two youngest cell phones I’m falling past behind; I’m asking for help and or I can work for it I can groom dogs do basic training clean organize I’m amazing at all that I went to school 4 years for vet tech and dog training; please help me help you; I can clean out your laundry garage I’ll do anything to be able to help my family.
