Family being evicted before Christmas

Don’t really know we’re to start with this as u all know my friend sarah sadly lost her partner mike not long ago due to a short battle of terminal cancer. Now she is being evicted from the property in which she shared with Mike for 17 years by his father. Mike and his father were joint owners of the property but with a clause in the mortgage it meant that if one of them were to die the other would become sole owner of the property which sadly gave sarah no leg to stand on. He has chose to evict sarah and his 4 grandchildren right before Christmas and she has to be out on the 19th December.

If anyone knows of any private rented properties available 3/4 bed please could you let me know and if there is any charities I could contact to put sarah and the 4 children in contact with to help her make Christmas that little bit easier this year? She deserves a little bit of luck and as you can imagine finances are tight, she now has to deal with the move of a house, Christmas and 3 of her childrens birthdays within weeks
