Family Killed In Home While Sleeping
Donation protected
On May 4th, 2019 at around 10 pm, my uncle, Jose Alberto Pacheco, his wife, Ana, and 10 year old son, Angel, were instantly killed by a drunk driver who slammed his vehicle into their home of Knights Landing, CA while they were sleeping. However, my little 11 year old cousin, Mariana, survived this accident. While she did survive the accident, she was immediately hospitalized and treated for serious injuries. She is currently in critical condition and undergoing multiple surgeries to be able to walk again.
My tio Jose Alberto was 38 years old, who worked hard as a farmworker day and night, year-round to provide for his family. He was a humble man who helped anyone in need. There was never a day were he wasn't smiling. He had a bright personality that immediately lightened everyone's mood. He always put his family before himself by offering everything he could to provide his children and wife a decent life.
My tia Ana was 34 years old who also worked as a farmworker. Most importantly, she was a selfless, devoted mother and wife. She always put her children first and cared for everyone in her family.
My 10 year old cousin, Angel, was a bright rosy cheeked boy who was always giggling and full of life. He loved to play outdoors with his numerous amount of cousins. Sadly, he had a bright future ahead of him that was cut short.
Never did our family think an incident like this would have happened to them. We appreciate everyone's support, thoughts and prayers. Bless you all. All proceeds will go to benefit Mariana to help her cope with the loss of her father, mother and brother along with ensuring a stable future for her, this will also include Jose's, Ana's and Angel's expenses. Any and all donations will be greatly appreciated. Thank you all for contributing during this difficult time.
