Family lost stability due to Hurricane Ian.

Hello, my name is Karley. I'm starting this fund to ask for help for my household. Due to the devastating flooding from Hurricane Ian there was an extreme loss of stability for myself, my fiance, and our animals.

We reside in South Daytona Beach. We tried our best to prevent the water from coming in, but it overwhelmed us very quickly. Our whole apartment flooded and we had to rush to evacuate upstairs to a neighbor for shelter.

Most of our furniture was damaged, my fridge no longer runs, and our apartment needs serious repairs.

We need to find somewhere to live while repairs are done on the apartment and that's on the off chance they will allow us to come back. So far I've been told my lease was terminated due to this event. I'm still begging them to keep my lease active because I don't have the means to start a new lease elsewhere.

I'll need to find a new car since my car insurance said they will deem it a total loss at this point. The car isn't worth much and so I don't expect to get much for it, but what I do get, I'll use for a different car if I can find one.

I'm asking for any help that can be given. This has been such a devastating turn of events it's been hard to wrap my head around. Thank you to anyone who can give us aid in our time of need.
