While Carlos Quezada was the family man living his life taking care of him and his, he was taking his family out for dinner on a regular day for them living in an area almost infested with people with criminal and harmful intent, was found in the eyes of danger. Carlos, a Father, Husband, and Brother, a gentleman who has no relations to people with hate in their hearts, was caught in a situation that 100% had no reason nor had to occur; while stepping down from his apartment complex with his daughter, wife and sister, a man armed with a pistol under the influence of something he shouldn't have been shot down Carlos. Carlos fought for his family's security to subdue to criminal and was hit twice with three shots being let off. Carlos, who was administered into critical condition, hasn't stopped fighting, his family at his side and in our hearts without fail praying for recovery. While the gunman attempted to take Carlos' life, the gun jammed, a blessing which in a moment his sister yearned and pleaded on her knees with god for, leading to bystanders coming to Carlos' aid bringing people to a fight that never should have happened, his sister jumped on the man in true braveness, and through her actions, bystanders managed to subdue the gunman only after he took aim at Carlos' head when the gun jammed and the gunman biting his sister on the finger leading to her requiring a shot at the hospital; we're not people to ask or beg you to see things how we do but what I do ask of you is to join our family and every bystander who choose to help this fight, who choose that the situation meant more than what could have been led to that in any light that man's family can move that his daughter will always have, that his wife could breathe in peace and that his sister who experienced it all could not have to hurt more than what is. We will be doing a story with Fox 5, and through that, it is my wish that people of generous hearts can see this story and be there with us in this unjust world we only have each other. I will be back onto this page to further write my story, which I know is all I can do for the man that took care of me and gave me an urge to wanna be more than what I am and make more for what i have, for that is what i can and will do. Thank you for taking the time, to feel this story as your own or even knowing in your hearts what you feel, have a blessed day.
