Family of 4 lost everything in housefire

Hi, my name is Maria and I am raising funds to help my family friends who lost everything in a house fire on Sunday, 22nd December 2024.

George and Roula, with their two beautiful daughters lost everything and were left with only the clothes on their backs. They had lived in their home for 24 years and it held a lifetime of memories. With Roula at work, George was home with his daughters aged 16 and 3 when the smoke alarm triggered and he noticed the Christmas tree was on fire. George tried to get the tree out of the house and hose it down but the fire got too big for him to battle. He got his daughters out of the house safely, however he suffered burns to his feet and arm whilst he tried to put out the fire.

This is so devastating, not only so close to Christmas, but now trying to get their lives back to some sort of normality for the family and their children.

I am asking for the support of friends, family and the community to give whatever they can to help them with rebuilding their lives. Your donation will help immensely towards the basic necessities , clothing, Christmas gifts, food and anything else they may need at this very tragic time in their lives.
