Family of 5 out of options black mold infestation

unknown hidden water leak caused infestation of black mold we reported to homeowners insurance only to find out that this was not covered do to the type of leak . We never thought we would have to ask for help because we believed our insurance covered everything . This is an urgent matter for us because my 3 boys and husband suffer from asthma and we have nowhere else to go and no one else to ask for help and our prayers answered ! Please share our story because we need all the help we can get. Thank you and God bless
