Family of Jake Chapman

This is a fundraiser for the family of Jake Chapman, the funds will go towards lessening the burden of the funeral costs, and other family expenses.

Jake lost his life in a tragic motor vehicle accident on October 22, 2021.

Jake graduated from Bacon Academy High School in Colchester and currently was a student at Western Connecticut State University studying Business Administration and playing the sport he loved, Lacrosse.

He had a magnetic personality and anyone who met him couldn't help but smile. He will be missed by the Colchester community and all his family and friends.
