Family of Ricardo "Rick" Zarate

For our beloved friend, father, husband and dedicated Border Patrol Agent, Ricardo "Rick" Zarate who will be missed dearly by so many. An amazing husband who cherished his wife, Crystal, and a loving father of two children, Payton and Ezekiel. Rick went above and beyond for the McAllen Border Patrol Station with whatever duties he was assigned. He always went the extra mile to assist his fellow agents with the work at hand. If he wasn't serving his country or spending time with his family, Rick loved fishing or strategizing his next move with his fantasy football leagues. He will be remembered by his electrifying smile which had a contagious effect on all of us. Rick will be sorely missed BUT, never forgotten.
