Hi, my name is Elaine Ocasio, and I am fundraising for the family of my dear friend Victor Marrero who passed away on November 1, 2023.

I had the privilege of working closely with Victor for 9 years and got to know the wonderful soul that he was.

Victor was a very loving and giving family man. Victor and his wife Cathy cared for their son Andy, who experienced a traumatic brain injury many years ago. Victor and Cathy were a great team, supporting each other in the care of their son. Now the whole responsibility is on Cathy and I would like to raise money to help her get respite care, so she would be able to have a break once in a while.
