Family Shaughnessy Cabin Fire

Earlier this morning our very loved grandma and mother Linda our “Maka”, lost her home to a tragic fire. She woke up to flames outside her bedroom door and was only able to grab a few family pictures before running outside with literally just the clothes on her back. We are so grateful and feel so blessed that she made it out alive. If she woke up any later it would’ve been an even more devastating day for our family. She lost all of her wrapped gifts for her children and grandchildren for Christmas this year. And while she did lose replaceable items like her phone, laptop and clothes she also lost things that cannot be replaced and meant the world to her. Family heirlooms and the home that held so many treasured memories that have been in our family for generations. If you know Linda you know how big of a heart she has. She would give the shirt off of her back for anyone in need. As she tries to rebuild her home and get back on her feet we appreciate anything you are able to give.
