Family Support & Ant’s Recovery

Hi, my name is Janice Miranda. I am the wife of Anthony Miranda. Our story goes back to November 24th 2022. Due to unfortunate circumstances I can not disclose details on our case since it is due to a GSW. Anthony and I had just started our life journey last year in April of 2022. We took our leap of faith in our life journey and found out we were expecting our first baby boy. Anthony and I developed so many things together and took our journey of marriage on July 14th 2022 on his 22nd birthday. Our life’s were just starting - He was so determined to build our family. Anthony took in my first born like his own. He welcomed us into his home. He purchased our first family car by September 2022 - life was going very well for us… it wasn’t until Thanksgiving 2022 when our life’s took a major turn. Anthony suffered a GSW straight through his right eye, gazing by his right side of the brain. Anthony , was saved by the grace of God he recovered and shocked the doctors how well he recovered due to the damage caused by the bullet. He was able to come home this year January 2023 but it wasn’t until we found out he had to have a second surgery. In February 11th 2022 Anthony had a second surgery to reconstruct all the facial fractures that did not seal properly and that was causing air to leak into the head causing pressure into the brain and creating swelling… it wasn’t up until February 13th 2023 that they realized Anthony was not waking up, later the CT scan determined that he had suffered a stroke on the left side of his brain. This stroke cause so much to our life’s and families and so many questions that led to so much. Anthony entered a comatose state for 3 months and awaken the end ends of May 2023 - it’s been such a journey ever since this stroke took affect. Our life’s changed drastically. It’s been hard but with Gods will I been holding strong for our little family. We have a baby who is 1.5 years old, my oldest who Anthony took in like his own who is 5 years old. Anthony is still on his road to recovery & has a major surgery upcoming within the next month, during this time I will be taking some time off from work. We have so many things happening all at once, I returned to work when our baby was 7 weeks due to bills and financial support for our family. I come on here asking for any little help to take some time off work for quality time for the boys and things Anthony can use. I want to be able to continue to support my family and manage my finances with any support that I can receive . I pray that you guys continue to support and follow our journey on TikTok - I have not posted much because I needed a little break from everything that’s happening. I pray you all understand my circumstances and I pray if anyone is going through anything difficult in life, that there is a mighty God who we serve and can restore any pain and help you endure all these difficulties in life!
