Fanizzi's Employee Funds

I'm starting this fund to help out our friends and neighbors who abruptly found their livelihoods threatened by the storm that badly damaged their place of employment. Arielle Tasha has volunteered to help equitably administer the funds.

1. How you are related to the person(s) you are raising funds for?

Arielle Tasha is a friend who works at Fanizzi's Restaurant, a popular Provincetown, MA restaurant that was severely damaged during the December 23rd winter storm. The restaurant is closed indefinitely for restoration.

2. Your transfer plan to get the funds from your GoFundMe to the intended recipient(s):

Arielle and another longtime Fanizzi's employee, Barbara Levison, are going to our local bank, Seamen's Bank in Provincetown, to open an account specifically earmarked to receive these funds. Once the account is set up and running, the funds will be transferred. (Arielle worked in the operations department of Seamen's Bank for over 17 years. Barbara has worked at Fanizzi's for about 18 years. The funds will be in very good hands.)

3. How the funds will be spent?

Arielle and Barabara, under the leadership of restaurant owner and proprietor, Paul Fanizzi, will equitably disburse the funds among the approximately 30 employees whose livelihoods were abruptly and unexpectedly aborted by an act of nature. If all goes well, it is the plan to begin the disbursement by the end of this week. Provincetown is a seasonal resort town, and this New Year's holiday weekend would have been a vital source of income for the employees, income they'll never recover as we head into the leanest months of the year.
