Help sunshine (sheila) with her utility bill!

Hi, I’m Sheila’s caretaker. I’m here trying to give this gofundme thing a go. As of March she was put on oxygen for copd that has advanced. She hasn’t been able to work due to that and COVID-19. She is currently waiting for ssi to be approved.  Well anyway a few months ago one of her utilities was turned off. So I called around to see if anyone would help her with getting it back on. Even if they could meet her dollar to dollar. We were having problems with that because she has no children under 18 living in the house. But we did find T-cap! So they gave her 2weeks to get all this paperwork together. Okay so in the mean while she got a note from the doctor stating she needs this utility for her advanced copd. Great!!!We thought so she faxed that in and made a $300 payment thinking that would get the utility on at least  until T-cap would get them the last $550. It’s been a week and nothing. Come to find out the landlord is dragging her feet. See T-caps program pays on the utility and gives so much on the past due rent.  So I don’t understand why she wouldn’t want to get money on the past due rent...unless she’s dead set on eviction and make sheila look bad in court.  Even so she needs the utility back on either way. I just don’t understand. This last two weeks have been a roller coaster and I can’t see this lady cry on more time. So please every lil bit helps her with her utility!
