Help with medical expenses

Hi, I am mere I am a second year emergency medicine resident. In my spare time I love to ski and ride horses. Unfortunately at the beginning of this month while riding I had an accident which dislocated my hip subsequently broke my acetabulum and impact fracture of the femur head along with tears to the labrum and ligaments around the hip. Due to having a very rare genetic disorder called Ehlers-Danlos I have to go to Vail Colorado for surgery. Unfortunately due to being on a resident salary this is very hard for me to do at this time. Not alone the medical expense of just the surgery but the flight out there, the accommodations and food while out there after surgery and doing their physical therapy protocol is very expensive. Any money would be very helpful so I don’t have to delay my surgery.
