siamo Valeria e Alberto, i titolari di Cascina Nazé.

Abbiamo avviato questa campagna di raccolta fondi per chiedere aiuto nella realizzazione del nostro grande sogno.

We started this fundraising campaign to ask for help in realizing our big dream.

Wir haben diese Spendenaktion gestartet, um Hilfe bei der Verwirklichung unseres großen Traums zu bitten.

Abbiamo acquistato un casolare degli anni '900 con terreno agricolo annesso per avviare un'attività agricola, aprire un agriturismo e recuperare uno spazio abbandonato ma straordinario per la comunità.

Dal 2021 siamo un'azienda agricola con un allevamento di galline ovaiole ( le Galline Felici) e coltiviamo ortaggi e frutta sul campo che vendiamo in Cascina o nei mercati settimanali, come il sabato a Lavena Ponte Tresa.

Quest'anno il cattivo tempo ci ha causato diversi problemi, sia nei raccolti, nelle vendite che nella manutenzione della struttura. Purtroppo, la situazione persiste e, come si suol dire, "abbiamo finito il fieno in Cascina".

Abbiamo compiuto vari interventi di recupero, ma non riusciamo a recuperare i capitali necessari per avviare il progetto. Per questo motivo, abbiamo deciso di lanciare una raccolta fondi.

Il piano di avvio prevede:

5.000€ per creare un accesso carraio alla cascina;

6.000€ per la costruzione dell'accesso carraio con cancello e 8 posti auto, di cui 2 per disabili

2.500€ per i servizi di un Geometra per seguire i lavori;

500€ per lavori con ruspa per rimuovere i ceppi, livellare e installare pedane per consentire la libera circolazione dei disabili in carrozzina;

20.000€ per la creazione di 2 bagni (donne/disabili e uomini);

4.000€ per rifare la grondaia al fine di recuperare le acque piovane;

5.000€ per attrezzature professionali da cucina (abbattitore, freezer a pozzetto, cella frigorifera, lavandino in acciaio inox con comandi a pedale, canna fumaria, ripiani di lavoro in acciaio inox, forno e lavastoviglie);

4.500€ per lavori di ristrutturazione interna per creare una soluzione di pernottamento b&b.

Abbiamo già compiuto molti progressi, ma ora abbiamo bisogno di un sostegno.

Per non dare niente per scontato, specifichiamo che accettiamo anche donazioni materiali non solo monetarie!

Come ringraziamento, chi dona almeno 100€, in denaro o in valore, riceverà una cena offerta presso Cascina Nazé preparata dalle abili mani dello Chef Alberto.

We purchased a 1900s farmhouse with adjoining agricultural land to start an agricultural business, open a farmhouse and recover an abandoned but extraordinary space for the community.

Since 2021 we have been an agricultural company with a breeding of laying hens (Le Galline Felici) and we grow vegetables and fruit in the field which we sell in the Cascina or in the weekly markets, such as on Saturdays in Lavena Ponte Tresa.

This year the bad weather caused us several problems, both in harvests, in sales and in the maintenance of the structure. Unfortunately, the situation persists and, as they say, "we ran out of hay in Cascina".

We have carried out various recovery interventions, but we are unable to recover the capital necessary to start the project. For this reason, we have decided to launch a fundraiser.

The startup plan includes:

€5,000 to create a driveway access to the farmhouse;

€6,000 for the construction of the driveway access with gate and 8 parking spaces, of which 2 for disabled people

€2,500 for the services of a surveyor to follow the works;

€500 for work with a bulldozer to remove stumps, level and install platforms to allow free movement of disabled people in wheelchairs;

€20,000 for the creation of 2 bathrooms (women/disabled and men);

€4,000 to redo the gutter in order to recover rainwater;

€5,000 for professional kitchen equipment (blast chiller, chest freezer, cold room, stainless steel sink with pedal controls, flue, stainless steel work shelves, oven and dishwasher);

€4,500 for internal renovation works to create a B&B overnight stay solution.

We have already made a lot of progress, but now we need support.

As a thank you, anyone who donates at least €100 will receive a dinner at Cascina Nazé prepared by the skilled hands of Chef Alberto.

Wir kauften ein Bauernhaus aus dem 20. Jahrhundert mit angrenzendem Agrarland, um ein landwirtschaftliches Unternehmen zu gründen, ein Bauernhaus zu eröffnen und einen verlassenen, aber außergewöhnlichen Raum für die Gemeinschaft zurückzugewinnen.

Seit 2021 sind wir ein landwirtschaftlicher Betrieb mit einer Zucht von Legehennen (den Happy Hens) und bauen auf dem Feld Gemüse und Obst an, das wir in der Cascina oder auf den Wochenmärkten, beispielsweise samstags in Lavena Ponte Tresa, verkaufen.

Dieses Jahr bereitete uns das schlechte Wetter einige Probleme, sowohl bei der Ernte, beim Verkauf als auch bei der Instandhaltung der Struktur. Leider bleibt die Situation bestehen und, wie man so schön sagt, „uns ist in Cascina das Heu ausgegangen“.

Wir haben verschiedene Sanierungsmaßnahmen durchgeführt, sind jedoch nicht in der Lage, das für den Start des Projekts erforderliche Kapital zurückzugewinnen. Aus diesem Grund haben wir uns entschieden, eine Spendenaktion zu starten.

Der Startup-Plan beinhaltet:

5.000 € für die Schaffung einer Zufahrt zum Bauernhaus;

6.000 € für den Bau der Zufahrt mit Tor und 8 Parkplätzen, davon 2 für Behinderte

2.500 € für die Dienste eines Gutachters zur Überwachung der Arbeiten;

500 € für Arbeiten mit einem Bulldozer zum Entfernen von Baumstümpfen, Nivellieren und Installieren von Plattformen, um behinderten Menschen im Rollstuhl die freie Bewegung zu ermöglichen;

20.000 € für die Schaffung von 2 Badezimmern (Damen/Behinderte und Männer);

4.000 € für die Erneuerung der Dachrinne zur Rückgewinnung von Regenwasser;

5.000 € für professionelle Küchenausrüstung (Schnellkühler, Gefriertruhe, Kühlraum, Edelstahlspüle mit Pedalsteuerung, Kamin, Arbeitsregale aus Edelstahl, Backofen und Geschirrspüler);

4.500 € für interne Renovierungsarbeiten zur Schaffung einer B&B-Übernachtungslösung.

Wir haben bereits viele Fortschritte gemacht, aber jetzt brauchen wir Unterstützung.

Als Dankeschön erhält jeder, der mindestens 100 € spendet, ein Abendessen im Cascina Nazé, zubereitet von den erfahrenen Händen von Chefkoch Alberto.
