Farnham Powerchair Football Club StartUp Campaign

We are a group of parents and volunteers who founded the Farnham Powerchair Football Club in 2022, providing the first ever powerchair football club in our local area. The club provides the opportunity for disabled adults and children to participate in this exciting and fast growing team sport. Many of our players have never played before and have been relishing the chance to join this inclusive, competitive sport. Last year we started from scratch and managed to find an accessible training venue, acquire second-hand sportschairs, fundraise to build a storage facility for our equipment, and we were lucky enough to get a group of brilliant players and volunteer coaches. Now we are ready to play competitively and we want to join the southeast league (and maybe eventually win it!).

We'd appreciate your help because this year we need to buy our team kit (The Farnham Flames) and cover our training costs so that our players can meet every week. £5,000 would allow the club to train every Saturday, cover the costs of transporting our chairs to the league matches, and buy the kit we need to look amazing while we compete.
