Faros retirement road trip.

Hello everyone, my name is Ian.. My working dog Faro was diagnosed with a pretty aggressive cancer today, he’s going into surgery tomorrow in hopes to remove as much as possible. The vets aren’t going to be able to remove everything and his diagnosis isn’t a good one. I’m going to be using my post deployment leave to take him on a road trip and get him out to explore after his retirement. Keeping him in your thoughts would be appreciated. I’ve had faro for over 6 years now and he is the best working dog I could’ve asked for. Two duty stations, three deployments, and 6 for 6 on army certifications. I’m definitely going to let him live his best life after the army. Anything is appreciated and we’ll be updating everyone over social media of his retirement road trip and adventures.
