In the early hours, on the 25th June 2024 a major and tragic incident occurred.
Where by my family were sleeping, they woke up to banging and a huge explosion downstairs in the living room which resulted into a house fire. The fire brigade arrived and after a battle to put the fire out, they retrieved two of my family members that were stuck in the fire upstairs. They pulled out my mother and brother which both needed CPR, and immediately were rushed to the hospital for urgent medical attention. Just before the fire services arrived my little brother who is 16 jumped out the top window, which left him in critical care, as well as my myself and my father suffering injures and seeking medical attention.
As a result it left us with loss of a precious son/brother and the amount of trauma left in our hearts is unimaginable. the pictures /links below will give you some idea of the level of destruction that one night gave us all which will last a life time.
we currently are attending hospitals appointments everyday speaking to a range of different officers and workers. This on going drain as we are unable to grieve my brother as well my mom who is still in hospital and has suffered life changing injuries. also my little brother who is recovering from his life changing injuries....our home was completely burnt and destroyed with all our memories gone with it. We are trying to overcome this fatal event in our lives it is a heartache to even explain this, no one should go through this.
unfortunately we need support through this difficult time, as we living day by day with expenses that are rising, and we are unable to get support such as for fuel, food, car park tickets, travel aswell loss of incomes for the family.... also loss of education for my youngest brother who was about to start college we had got him new computer, clothes...pretty much everything, as we were happy with his efforts in school. my dad even recently had built a extension as well re-modernizing of the home as he was so content on living here. it was becoming there nest home for all of us....
Any support from the community would be massive help for us, I know times are tough with the current climate therefore anything would be appreciated.
