Our Dear Angelito, Angel, Unc Bong is a caring, loving Father, Brother, Uncle and friend. He is a happy go lucky guy, he just smiles and says everything is ok when asked.
On 4/24/2019, while he was in Pilar Plaza Las Pinas. A Barangay person found our brother Angelito collapsed on the street. He was taken immediately at emergency center by one of his dear friends.(Thank you!) Angelito was disoriented when asked and can't even remember his name, DOB and where he resides.
Years past comparison of how our brothers apperance, you can really determine there is something wrong with his health. He lost a significant amount of weight with protuding stomach and swollen of his legs.
Currently he is at Las Pinas Doctors Hospital in Las Pinas.
His medical history shows that he has liver and kidney problems that occured in 2016 to now.
On behalf of our brother and family. We are pledging for your genorous monetary donations to get necessary treatments. Endoscopy, abdominal scan and other test due to gastro internal bleeding, possible of kidneys and liver being affected.
