Father, Husband, Friend -Lets Help Chris Stutzman
Donation protected
My father Chris Stutzman, a father of three, a loving husband, and one of the best friends anyone could ask for suffered a traumatic brain injury at work on Thursday, January 26, 2023. He was air-lifted to Vidant Medical Center in Greenville, NC where he underwent emergency surgery to save his life. Currently, my father, Chris, is in a medically induced coma and we are waiting to see how he will recover over the course of the next few weeks.
Myself, my mother, Tina, and my siblings, Chris and Ashley, are terrified of losing our hero and best friend. He is the greatest human being we have ever known and none of us would be who we are today without him. For those of you that may not know my father, he's always done whatever it takes to protect his family. He's worked multiple jobs, sacrificed himself at every turn in order to provide, and has always been the central foundation that binds our family together. His humor, love for music, and his ability to always tell a good story are just few things that drive our love for him. His love for our mother through good times and bad has served as a constant reminder of what true love really is. He's always been willing to do whatever it takes to help anyone in need. Now, he needs our help.
This GoFundMe is to help raise funds to cover my father's medical expenses and other potential needs as he continues in his recovery. Insurance only covers so much, given the types of treatment he is receiving and will require going forward. My father has always taught myself and my siblings to have faith, stay strong and believe that things will work out. My family and I are asking for anyone who might be reading this to help us keep our faith, stay strong, and believe that my father and best friend will make it through this hard time. Furthermore, you can follow his journey by going to his online recovery journal linked here .
