Father of 3 , Decorated Combat Vet Memorial Fund

David Germick, a 32 year old father of three, was tragically and unexpectedly killed in a car accident while working on October 10th, 2019. David is a decorated Army combat Veteran. He was a Paratrooper with the 82nd Airborne Division and was deployed four times over the course of his almost 13 year career.  He was also an EMT and had been in school to become a paramedic. David was a loving husband to his wife Sarah, and father of three.  He had a 10 year old son Dawson, and two daughters, Madilynn who is 2 and Delaney who is four months. 

David had just recently started working with Fedex so his benefits and life insurance had not begun yet. Because of this, we are asking for donations for his funeral expenses. David had always told Sarah he wanted a military funeral, but the VA only covers the cost of the burial and headstone because he was not killed while on active duty. 

David was the sole breadwinner for his family. With him gone, Sarah has no source of income. They were living in a rental home in Round Rock, so on top of trying to plan a funeral she is also faced with the challenges of packing up a house and moving. 

Please know that all proceeds will go directly towards David's funeral expenses followed by Sarah and the girl's moving expenses. Any amount remaining will be put into a savings account for his children.
