Father of 6 with chronic kidney disease

Hello Friends. I'm a husband and father of 6 (3 boys, 3 girls, ages 19 to 11, all living at home) with chronic kidney disease. I've found a kidney donor! The trick is of course paying for the surgery while keeping the fridge stocked. I work for the Air Force trying to help keep our country safe. When you wonder who's working on the next invention to keep our military in the newest high tech, think of me. So, I have decent insurance, but I expect my out of pocket expenses will be maxed out. I also want to cover my donor's time off. She has no vacation time, yet wants to help me anyway. I want to help relieve that financial pressure while she recovers alongside me. I hope you can help us!
