Father of four severely injured from car crash

Hello. While leaving from attending a good friend funeral, I experienced a head on car crash. My car caught on fire shortly after I was pulled out. I sustained several injuries including a crushed wrist, knee, ankle and broken nose from the crash. I have a loving wife and I’m a father of four beautiful children (11 months, 5, 10, and 15 year old) that are depending on me. Unfortunately, I’m currently unable to return to work for at least the next 6 months as I was so badly injured. Doctors informed me that I will need to have multiple surgeries, in which will accumulate several medical bills.
