Father with 3 kids in desperate need of help

My name is Jason Flatt, I am 33 years old with 3 kids and a soon to wife. My little family is my world, Harmony is 5, Logan is 1, and Preston is 3 months old. I am currently battling STAGE 4 metastatic melanoma. been battling it for years and its spreading and an it all started from a mole that a Doctor in Portageville Missouri told me not to worry about. All together i have 15 spots in my brain, my T2 ,my spine, a spot on lung, my scalp, my stomach, my back, and knots all over stomach and in both armspits not to mention the ones growing on neck. I will not lie i tried gofundme once before with no luck. But between the miltary an my family i was taught if you fail, You try again and again never give up. I really wanna see babies grow up and walk my beautiful daughter down the isle..All proceeds will go to getting me back and forth for treatment, helping family and paying bills. Its rough driving 1hr the and back from New Madrid Missouri to Cape Girardeau Missouri. Its put us in a whole financially. I have borrow money sold tools . I am in desperate need of help . Aanything helps. Through all this I have been asking GOD to let me have more time with my kids. See i watched my dad Wesley Phillp Flatt take his last breathe in front me I was 13 years old.
