My Name is Yedidya Flaquer, I am a United States citizen, honorably discharged from the U.S. Coast Guard. I am the father of a wonderful child, Eliav Flaquer. I am trapped with “stop exit” order in Israel, stripped of all human rights and dignity. I need your help.
In Fall 2011 I filed a Hague Order against my ex-wife who for the last 4 1/2 years has denied me access and parental rights to our son Eliav with the help of the U.S. State Department. From 2011 through late 2013 I was unemployed fighting an international battle to gain access to my son and fighting a deep depression caused by the physical, emotional and mental abused by my ex and her religious community.
In 2014 I was able to earn my B.A. in Graphic Communications and Multimedia from CUNY and gained a contract with Times Magazine as a Graphic Designer and Social Media Strategist. In Summer 2014 I was able to visit Israel to see my son Eliav after years not seeing him. Unfortunately, after entering the country I discovered I was placed under a “stop exit” order, with the government demanding I pay $30,000 in child support fees for my son whom I am denied from supporting and caring for.
With this status, I have no human rights at all, not even the right to work. My only hope is paying off the child support debt and returning to the U.S., in order to get a job, start rebuilding my life, and fulfill my responsibilities with my son as I continue to pursue my rights as a father.
Your kind contribution will enable me to be set FREE and return back home. With the remaining $10,000 I will be able to rent a place to live and set up a design studio from home and start working while I look for full time employment. Here is a link to my story:
