Father’s Fight to Save his Daughter

Hi all, I am making this GoFundMe pleading for your help. For the past 2.5 years I have been with my boyfriend, my bonus daughter has repeatedly been neglected and now abuse is in question. We spent this weekend (07/20/2024) spending hours in and out of the doctors and hospital, the police station, and fighting with CPS and the sheriffs office who made a home visit at our house today (07/21/2024) where the minor child (my bonus daughter) gave statements suggesting neglect. My boyfriend has been fighting for years spending thousands of dollars fighting for a change in custody. He has submitted 100s of documents and recordings of proof of neglect and abuse. Their guardian ad litem was thrown out due to “failure to report neglect” which is public document you can google. No ONE will LISTEN or take action! This weekend we got her and a very alarming medical concern came about that brought up the suspicion of abuse. Huron County Children’s services, the Huron County Sheriff's Office, and the Huron County Courthouse have continued to IGNORE our pleads for help. NOTHING has changed. NO ONE has helped. Tonight they took my bonus daughter and returned her back to the care of her mother even after the hospital called CPS to report concerns. It has now come down to the necessary measure of hiring very expensive extensive outside legal representatives and also trying to get the state involved. She is being “monitored” over night by a nonbiologically related “relative” and her MOTHER. We NEED YOUR HELP! Anyone and everyone please share this post. Tag the news, tag the courts, we can not let another person FAIL this little girl. I am BEGGING you. We are losing a never ending battle and she is suffering because of it.
