Grandma Connie

Concetta was a single mother of 5, grandmother of 12 and great-grandmother of 5.  She was a selfless, caring and strong person. She always put others way before herself. Although my grandmother did not have much, she still managed to provide for and support her loved ones.  Sadly, my grandma passed away last night and we want to pay her back by giving her the ending she always deserved.  My family is not asking for her funeral to be paid for, but we are struggling with some funeral expenses.  Every dollar donated will go towards giving my grandmother the proper goodbye she deserves.
