Honoring the Life of Robert Blake: Help Us Support His Family During This Difficult Time
We are devastated to share that our friend, family member, and loved one, Robert Blake, passed away while serving and helping to keep people safe during the Matt's Off Road Wrecker Games at Sand Hollow. While Robert was keeping spectators at a safe distance while the wreckers passed, he suffered a heart attack. Although his friends at the National Guard, EMT, and Washington County Search & Rescue were immediately there to serve him, Robert passed away on the trail doing what he loved the most - off-roading and serving others. Robert was a navy veteran who had been on many overseas deployments and served as a staff sergeant in the Army National Guard.
