Everest Base Camp 2023

Fundraiser closed. A huge thank you to all for the fantastic support.

Where it all started;

Owner and trainer Patrick Curley, trainer Niamh Greene and 13 members of Peak Fitness Studio took on the challenge of hiking to Everest Base Camp and back over 18 days commencing on the 9th October 2023.

On the 19th October, we successfully completed this amazing challenge.

December 2023 Fundraiser;

On Friday the 1st December, we are following on from our Everest trip success, to bring you our December Fundraiser.

We are going to cover a distance of Gorey, Co. Wexford - Mt. Everest Summit and return.

This is a total of 15,542 Kilometers.

25 machines will be used (including treadmills, rowers, skiergs and bikes) until the target is reached, predictions are 36-40 hours.

North Wexford Hospice;

All Money raised will go directly to the North Wexford Hospice.

The aim of this service is to enhance the palliative care of patients in the home and the community who are referred to their service, and to support and assist the families and

professional carers.

As this service relies heavily on donations, every donation will help.
